De Mama’s catered for my Mum’s th birthday party and they were really great! We worked on the menu together, their staff arrived at the venue on time, everything was set up before my guests arrived and they gave excellent customer service. Everyone commented on the food, which was delicious! At the end of the party, any left over food was packaged in takeaway boxes for guests to take home. A lovely touch! Would highly recommend.

The staff was very disrespectful, slow, and lacked customer service focus. I had ordered food online and went to the store to collect and pay. When I arrived at the restaurant, someone was present. She looked at me, then turned her back and walked away without asking what I wanted or if I was there to pick up an order. I waited for five minutes to see if she would return, but nothing happened. After calling out to her, the lady finally came back, looked at me, and then turned around. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Overall, the customer service was nonexistent, and the staff seemed disinterested.

I like it here, but the wait time was excruciatingly painful, coupled with the fact that there was ONLY of us in the restaurant. Over an hour wait is too long for anywhere. However, the food was very tasty, but my yam and ugu vegetable was well too small. My brothers enjoyed their food. The suya was very tasty, but had ran out when I wanted takeaway. It was a bitter sweet experience. The drawback for me was the waiting time to get out order.
